Her personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services are tailored to keep you healthy and strong! PT, with her, is not only for injuries, in her practice she can administer wellness therapies for injury prevention, as well!! Forget about being sidelined—Dr. Tripp will keep you in the game!

Coach Kai not only works with our Adult Population on Functional Movement, he is also our Massage Therapist offering our athletes myofascial release and trigger point therapy to help shorten recovery times!

As a Lifelong Runner, Exercise Scientist, and Certified Running Coach, Coach Malynda can guide you to your first 5k as well as your next Marathon! She believes in looking at the whole body for strength training! From Pelvic Floor to arm swing, and all Functional Movements in between, she can come up with a plan to keep your stride strong!

As an Exercise Scientist, and an Ultra Runner, running 100 miles in an average race, Coach Marisa truly understands what it takes to stay physically and mentally competitive! By combining both of her degrees, she can coach our athletes in both the Physical + Mental sides of their sport! 2 for 1 -She helps our athletes set “real” attainable goals to unleash their inner champion!
